Start by creating your exercises

Lots of fitness apps come prepackaged with exercises that you don't ever do, and you spend time searching for the exercise you're actually trying to do. With BeFIT, you simply create your own from scratch, and define the things you want to track. You can track as many things as you like, but only the first two will be displayed for each exercise.

Add the workouts you plan on doing throughout the week

A workout is nothing more than a group of exercises that you do in a single session. All you need to do is give your workout a name, choose the days you want to do it on, and select the exercises that you're going to do. Once that's done all your setup is complete!

Get out and about and start tracking

Next time you're going to hit the gym, go to pilates, relax at yoga, or get your pump on at cross fit, start up BeFIT and start a new session of that particular workout. Swipe between each exercise and record your stats as you go, and marvel at your progress.

Remember your gestures

Sometimes when you're in the middle of workout, it's easy to make a mistake when you're recording your logs, luckily in BeFIT that's as simple as swiping to the left to delete that log entry.

Remember, swiping to the left will also let you delete workouts and exercises, so long as they haven't had any logs recorded against them.
