Lots of fitness apps come prepackaged with exercises that you don't ever do, and you spend time searching for the exercise you're actually trying to do. With BeFIT, you simply create your own from scratch, and define the things you want to track. You can track as many things as you like, but only the first two will be displayed for each exercise.Show Me
A workout is nothing more than a group of exercises that you do in a single session. All you need to do is give your workout a name, choose the days you want to do it on, and select the exercises that you're going to do. Once that's done all your setup is complete!Show Me

Sometimes when you're in the middle of workout, it's easy to make a mistake when you're recording your logs, luckily in BeFIT that's as simple as swiping to the left to delete that log entry.
Remember, swiping to the left will also let you delete workouts and exercises, so long as they haven't had any logs recorded against them.Show Me
